It's August already!

Well it seems I'm not a very good blogger! I haven't been on it again since June. Strangely enough it's a little like deja vu as, yet again, my youngest has been awake since before the birds were singing - I'm not a happy mummy!!!

I've got my cousins wedding this weekend. A whole two nights away from our three children, we're going to Bury St Edmonds. It's being held in a really beautiful residential school called Culford Hall - can't wait!

Well, it's nearly 7am and I'm in desperate need for another cuppa... lots to do today - it does take a lot of organising to pack for 3 kids staying in 3 different locations, then pack for my hubby, then myself... a woman's work is never, ever done x

Another early start!

Well I've been awake since 3.15am with an awful toothache - visit to the dentists today and my youngest daughter woke up at 4.30am. I'm destined never to sleep in until 6.30am!!!

My first blog attempt.

Good morning. Well, actually I'm not entirely sure it is. I've been awake since 4.15am with Daisy, my youngest, who is 2 and a half and has got a rotten cold and a hacking cough. It was the cough that woke us up.
My hubby, a painter and decorator, has just left for work and my other two children are still, luckily, fast asleep.
It's the school half term break and today we haven't got much planned, the kids wanted to go to a theme park but I'm not sure I've got the energy, or cash, for a day of screaming children yelling, 'I want this', 'can we buy that?'. Oh well, they went to the beach for the day on Monday, they can't have everything and neither can I. Otherwise I'd be a size 16 with long, flowing, thick hair.
